Chandler Homes Northwest - Forest Gate started life as a Thwaites Public House, 'The Hole in One'. It enjoyed many good years of trading, and was very popular, however, the pub closed it's doors in 2016. The building fell into disrepair. It remained derelict until Chandler Homes purchased the site in 2018.

Progress To Date - The end is very much in sight now for the development. Willow View is due for completion in Spring 2024 with Clifton View scheduled for completion Summer 2024. Both buildings are progressing at pace to meet current completion dates. Externally the scaffolding is being dismantled revealing the impressive atriums framing the entrance to both buildings. The quality rendering and glass balconies are now visible. Internally the show apartment has been signed off for some time and is open by appointment for viewings, this forms the benchmark for all other apartments.
Works are scheduled on a floor-by-floor basis with teams of workers assigned to each apartment. This means the site is now at a stage where individual apartments can be viewed. A site visit can be arranged at your convenience, it will provide an opportunity to appreciate the workmanship and attention to detail that is evident throughout the build.
