John Ardern & Company Ltd was formed in 1991 by the Principal John Ardern FNAEA, who has been an Estate Agent on the Fylde Coast since 1977 and was elected as a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents in 1984.
We are an independent and privately run family business with a long standing history of providing a highly effective, friendly, personal and professional service, recognised throughout the area and indeed recognised by the Guild of Professional Estate Agents who have appointed our company out of all the other Lytham St Annes Estate Agents. This is a massive compliment to all our dedicated staff to be recognised as the best agent ‘in town’.
